EMI has added a new line of manifolds. Features include larger diameter end ports as well as accessory ports for pressure or temperature gauges. Manifolds are constructed of heavy gauge steel with threaded couplings welded in place. Each manifold is tested to 120 psi (water or coolant only). Pre-drilled mounting brackets are included for easy mounting to your mold platens or temperature controller. Manifolds can be modified to meet specific application requirements.

New Features

Two Accessory ports on each manifold.
For those who wish to visually monitor water pressure or temperature, each manifold includes two 1/4" NPT accessory ports in each body segment These ports allow you to mount accessory pressure or temperature gages without reducing the manifold's port capacity.

Larger diameter end ports provide greater water flow.
Generous 1 1/2" end ports are larger than those on most manifolds, which helps to decrease cycle times by providing more efficient water distribution.
