Our high-quality water manifolds maximize water or coolant flow to cool molds and parts—which improves part quality and molding efficiency.
Each manifold is tested to 120 psi (water or coolant only) and guaranteed not to leak.
All manifold styles are in stock and ready to ship as well as a line of accessories to make installation fast and easy.

Painted Steel Water Manifolds K-Series
Painted Steel Water Manifolds can reduce the
number
of hoses to the mold and help to keep hoses tidy. Steel
manifolds can be mounted close to the mold to provide maximum
flow volumes.
Manufactured from heavy-gauge mild steel with threaded couplings welded in place. Pre-drilled mounting brackets for easy mounting to
your mold platens or temperature controller are included.

Stainless Steel Manifolds CR-Series
Stainless Steel Manifolds offer all of the benefits of our painted steel manifolds PLUS they will not rust
or corrode. If your plant has poor water quality, the extra investment in stainless steel pays off fast in lower maintenance and maximum flow volumes.

Painted Steel Water Manifolds with Accessory Ports
For those who wish to visually monitor water pressure or temperature, each manifold includes two 1/4" NPT accessory ports in each body segment.
These ports allow you to mount accessory pressure or temperature gages without reducing the manifold's port capacity.
Generous 1 1/2" end ports are larger than those on most manifolds, which helps to decrease cycle times by providing more efficient water distribution.

Compact Water Manifolds
Compact Water Manifolds are slightly condensed versions of our standard painted or stainless steel manifolds (K or CR-Series).
Robotically welded, the threaded pipe couplings are spaced on centers of 2 3/4" to provide ample room for ball valves and quick disconnect fittings.

Anodized Aluminum Water Manifolds
Mount these Aluminum Manifolds on your molds and pre-plumb water outlets directly to the molds. The next time you run, just hook up the process hoses and you’re ready to go! And, because they’re aluminum, these EMI manifolds won't rust in storage.
Made from heavy-wall aluminum extrusions. Standard manifolds have 1" or 1 1/2" process water ports and 3/8"or 1/2" outlets. Each manifold is shipped with two complete stick-on option sheets (one red and one blue) with water direction labels.

Solid Bronze Water Manifolds
Our Solid Bronze Manifolds are perfect where water quality is poor because they won't corrode or rust. Brass, self-cleaning, full-ball valves with reinforced Teflon seats eliminate the need for lubrication. Field serviceable.
Two styles are available. Space saving, cluster-style manifolds let you fit your hose connections within the smallest space possible. For molders who prefer to have hoses in-line and have the room to arrange them this way, our inline models provide the maximum number of connections in a compact, easily mounted configuration.

Synchronized Aluminum Water Manifolds
Cost-effective and compact, Synchronized Water Manifolds save time by opening and closing 'to' and 'from' circuits simultaneously. Know with certainty when both sides of the mold circuit are open/closed, avoiding spills and preventing scrap parts. Comes standard with full-flow, self-cleaning, corrosion-resistant ball valves with reinforced PTFE seats.
