Water Flow Regulators
Get consistent part shrinkage and premium molding quality by controlling cooling water flow rates with a Mini, Series 2000, or Brass water flow regulator. Our water flow regulators are rugged enough to withstand tough industrial use and high water temperatures yet are simple to maintain.
All of EMI's water flow regulators feature:
- individual circuit regulation valves to eliminate flow fluctuations
- reference marks are molded into, not painted on, the sight glasses
- internal composite floats along with external, adjustable sight glass tube rings show deviation and allow for fast flow settings when resetting molds
- 100% leak tested before shipping.

Plastic Water Flow Regulators
Our 2000 Series Water Flow Regulators have the best standard features in the industry:
- Precise settings for cool water flow rates and balancing adjustments improve molding quality and consistency and gives instant indication of a blocked circuit
- Enlarged water passages maximize water flow to the mold and minimize flow restrictions and pressure drops that can decrease cycles
- Zone thermometers show water temperatures returning from the mold so that cooling water temperatures can be adjusted for more reliable molding
- Sight glasses can be easily cleaned without having to remove them from the housing which reduces down time
- Sight glasses lift out easily through the frame without having to disassemble the entire unit which greatly reduces the chance of leaks
- O-rings positively seal the top and bottom to prevent leaks

and heat challenges. Consistent and dependable water flow
rates assure consistent part shrinkage and optimum
molding quality.
- All Brass Valve Components & Housing
- 1" NPT Outlet for 8 GPM per Zone
- 1" NPT Inlet for 8 GPM per Zone
- Permanently mounted, high temperature, Polyamid Sight Glass. Removable Plugs allow easy cleaning (brush included).
- Brass floats and external sight glass tube rings show flow deviations, allow fast flow settings
- Rated for temperatures up to 212°F
- Thermometer calibrated 0°-100°C, 32°-212°F
