Our ACR line of clean room-friendly conveyors that offers medical molders a high-quality, economical solution for automating their clean room facilities.
The flat belt ACRF can handle a maximum load of 150 lbs. and is available in lengths between three and 30 feet (conveyors up to 10 feet are shipped fully assembled)
and widths of six, nine, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 inches.

Nosebar Option for Merit Line Conveyors

We now offer a nosebar option for our ADF and DDF model Merit Line flat belt conveyors that allows parts as small as 1 ½” in diameter to be
transferred smoothly between conveyors.
A nosebar is a small diameter pulley installed under the belt at the end of a conveyor. The smaller diameter reduces the gap at the end of the conveyor that is typical
of larger diameter pulleys and allows small parts to transfer from the conveyor with more stability.

Senvex Wide Finger Sprue Grippers with Sensor

The biggest advantage the AA-35 has over narrower gripper fingers is that it can grip the sprue closer to the runner for a more secure
hold because its fingers and body are the same width.
The AA-35 is available in double acting and normally open (spring open). Price is $232.00 for either style. Both styles are normally in stock for immediate shipment.

Gimatic Automatic Quick Changers

Working with the popular and industry standard Gimatic quick changers, an optional accessory is available that pneumatically locks/unlocks the robot side quick changer and provides sensor verification that the tooling side is locked in position. This piece is the AQC. It is available for both the standard size 90mm and large size 150mm quick changers.

Diamond Textured Finger Sprue Gripper: PB-0140

This sprue gripper features diamond textured fingers for gripping sprues. The diamond textured fingers help to provide better "stripping" grip when sprues need to be pulled or stripped from a mold cavity. The PB-0140 has the same body and mounting options as the popular small PB14 (PB0014) model sprue gripper; the difference being that the PB14 (PB0014) has grooved fingers.

Swivel Finger Sprue Gripper: PB-0150

This sprue gripper features diamond textured fingers that independently swivel ± 5º each. This allows the fingers to conform to the conical shape of a sprue and results in the fingers having more surface contact on the target sprue for better grip. Additionally, the diamond textured fingers help to provide better "stripping" grip when sprues need to be pulled or stripped from a mold cavity.

Utilizing the same strong and reliable gripper body of The Original AA-20 (#790 and 791 styles), the fingers on this sprue gripper can reach beyond the face of the gripper and deeper into the tooling to grip sprues.
