The brain of our hot runner temperature control systems is the state-of-the-art, user-friendly Model TC5F control module. Using high-intellect microprocessor technology, it provides reliable, precise temperature control. |

How to Order a Hot Runner Control System
- Determine how many zones of control are required
- Specify the required number of TC5F modules and/or blank panels
- Specify the mainframe (should be large enough to hold the specified number of modules/blank panels)
- Specify cable lengths (10’ or 20’), plus connectors required
- Specify any additional requirements, such as floor stands or transformer kits

ONE YEAR WARRANTY
EMI’s Hot Runner Components are warranted
to be free from defects of material and workmanship. They are
sold subject to our mutual agreement that the liability of EMI
is to replace and/or repair at its factory, provided the equipment
is returned, transportation prepaid, within (1) one year of the
factory ship date. The purchaser agrees that EMI shall assume
no liability for electrical or mechanical misuse or from damage
that occurs during return shipments to our factory. Components
which wear or which are damaged by misuse are not warranted.
These include temperature sensors, contact points, fuses, electromechanical
relays and triacs. Any units modified by purchaser are not warranted.Purchaser
must obtain authorization for return prior to any shipment to
factory or shipment will be refused. |
