Approximately 1/3 the size of standard mainframes, our new Compact Temperature Controller is slim sleek and space efficient. An
easy to use control pendant adds flexibility and makes programming simple and fast. The new Compact mainframe is designed to stand alone, or be hung on the
wall, which allows workspace to be used more efficiently. Connectors are located on the front panel, allowing the user to see all connections
between the hot runner mold and the hot runner controller at a glance. A Soft Start control delivers 30% of input power for one minute when
power is switched on. This feature removes humidity in the system which helps to increase heater life. Size is approx.
16.5" wide, 9.2" long and 18.7" high. |

New Integrated Modules
Each module controls three temperature zones. An inner-circuit protection function improves the life of the module and reduces malfunctions. A slot type
installation allows modules to be easily installed or removed. Large heat sinks on front panels, plus ambient air cooling fan, maintain a stable internal control condition.
New Pendant Interface
- One pendant controls all of the modules. The user friendly interface is easy to learn, easy to use
- Allows the temperature of each hot runner to be monitored in real time
- Displays thermocouple conditions. In case of trouble, it automatically changes to manual mode

 Allows all zones to be simultaneously updated for set value temperature changes
- Allows all zones to be simultaneously converted to Stand By mode which helps to save energy and protect resin degradation
- Circuit breaker is prominently placed on the front of the control module for extra fast emergency use
- Automatically discontinues the power input when input voltage is above a certain level. LED lighting shows controller output at a
