Standard Features

• Direct Drive 1/3 hp 110/60/1 C-faced drive package (80 fpm uses 1/2 hp Drive Pak)
• 50 lbs. maximum load
• Double V-guided, FDA approved, white PVC belt with 1 1/2" high cleats on 12" centers
• 4" high side rails, lapped over conveyor belt
• Leg sets and swivel castors included. Legs adjustable up to 34" infeed belt height. Specify infeed and discharge belt heights
• 15' power cord included. Pre-wired ready to run (except polyphase systems which require some customer wiring)
• Control wiring contained in liquid-tight conduit and connectors
• Units ship fully assembled

• The conveyor model you are ordering
• The belt width you need (standard widths are 6", 9", 12", 18", 24", 30")
• The infeedl length (in feet) you need (A dimension) Minimum length 2 1/2' .A + B + C can not exceed 15'
• The incline length (in feet) you need (B dimension) Minimum length 2 1/2'. A + B + C can not exceed 15'
• The top shelf length (in feet) you need (C dimension) Minimum length 3'. A + B + C can not exceed 15'
• Belt speed -Standard 20 fpm - (40 fpm, 80 fpm and variable speed also available)

BW=Belt width.
Standard starter position (specify if other location).
Starter position for 8' or shorter conveyors.
Drive location for 24"& 30"models is mounted on the infeed end.
Drive location for 9", 12", and 18" models is mounted on discharge end
11" min. infeed belt height w/standard legs and castors.
A, B & C dimensions are in 1' increments + 6".
