Positioned under an extrusion blow molding machine, EMI's two level, Blow Molding, Conveyor-Separator separates bottles and scrap as they
fall from the press.
|
How does it work?
- Parts,
tails and moils fall onto the upper, roller conveyor.
- As they
are moved along by the rollers, the tails and moils fall through
the cracks between the rollers onto a lower level, belt conveyor.
- The lower
conveyor moves them in the opposite direction, out of the system.

Side rails adjust the conveyor width to contain and orient the bottles. Rollers adjust to provide the proper gap through which tails and moils fall.
A variable speed drive assists in obtaining the best separation. |

speed controller - quick release hatch - adjustable height stand
