Trunkline Conveyors eliminate the need for an operator at every machine by feeding parts from many under press conveyors onto a common trunkline conveyor. Trunkline conveyors can be combined with incline conveyors, belt turn conveyors, bridge conveyors, multi-level storage systems, etc. to provide the perfect automation solution for almost any application.

Trunkline Conveyors can be equipped with photo eye control, to keep dissimilar parts from multiple machines from falling onto each other. As a part moves along the main belt and is sensed by a photo-eye, the under press conveyor just ahead stops momentarily until the part passes - this spaces parts out for easy inspection and packing. Diverter guides can be also be used to direct smaller parts to operator finishing and packing stations. 90° Turns are used to change directions.

NOTE: Conveyors are not shown with the Direct Drive Power Package which is s now standard.
