Roller-Style Separators

Slave-driven, roller style Separators allow spacing adjustment of the roller at the end of the belt conveyor so that the smaller moldings (either parts or runners) can fall through the gap into a container while the larger is passed on to another conveyor or a separate container.

Separator for Flat Belt Conveyors
Specifications

Can be supplied for all widths on Models ADF, DDF, RM and CLR which have an extended conveyor pulley shaft.

Separator for Cleated Belt, Inclined Conveyors
Specifications

Can be supplied for all widths on Models ADC, DDC, ADK, DDK, KK, KKI, CAR, RCRD, RM2D and RMC which are set at, or have fixed angles of 30o, 40o, and/or 45o only.

Application Notes:

The Belt Conveyor on a roller style separation system must have an extended conveyor pulley shaft, to which the Separator's spring tensioned V-Belt drive is attached
Roller separators can be retro-fitted to an existing EMI conveyor. Complete model and serial numbers of the conveyor must be supplied to EMI when the separator is ordered
