We now offer a nosebar option for our ADF and DDF model Merit Line flat belt conveyors that allows parts as small as 1 ½” in diameter to be
transferred smoothly between conveyors.
A nosebar is a small diameter pulley installed under the belt at the end of a conveyor. The smaller diameter reduces the gap at the end of the conveyor that is typical
of larger diameter pulleys and allows small parts to transfer from the conveyor with more stability.
Sturdy, industrial-use ADF and DDF conveyors are available with either a nosebar or standard pulleys for the same price.
