Inline Box-Filling Applications
|
Inline Box-Filling can be configured to meet a wide range of application
needs. Containers can be filled using a machine count, a weigh
scale, a weigh scale hopper or a robot. A wide choice of options
such as covered cooling chambers, under press hoppers, Lexan® covers,
ionization and more, allow systems to be custom designed to provide
maximum productivity. |
Options (many more available):
- Ionization - prevents small parts from sticking to the conveyor or each other
- Under press hoppers - contains parts
- Ramps - extend full box storage capacity
- Cleat switchs - assure boxes are in the correct fill position
- Lexan covers - keep contaminants out
- Sweep arms - allow boxes to change direction
- Photo eyes - assure boxes are in the correct fill position
- Cooling Chambers - prevent distortion by cooling parts before they are filled

This space saving, single station, Weigh Scale Box Filling systems signals
visual and audible warnings when the box is 95% full, giving an operator time
to prepare a new empty box. It could also be programmed to signal
when it is 100% full.

A basic, Weigh
Scale system such as this can accurately fill parts into large
containers, providing hours of unattended box filling. |

Automated
Tote Dispenser systems are configured to meet individual application
needs. This system can hold up to 20 wire reinforced, rimmed
totes, and uses a cycle count to fill parts into the totes. If
greater accuracy is desired, the same system could also be used
with a Weigh Scale
Hopper. |

Over/Under Box-Filling systems can be custom designed to maximize available
floor space. This system allows four rows of boxes to be filled before
an operator is needed. |
