EMI's aluminum frame, ProLumina conveyor is constructed using new, interlocking, slot and groove technology, which provides excellent stability and a smooth, clean profile. The drive motor, gear box, belt and leg sets are the same high quality as those provided on our higher priced models. Conveyor frames ship in one piece. Leg sets are included in the price. Frames and leg sets are shipped unattached to save on shipping. Each leg set bolts easily to the frame using only 4 bolts.

Robotic Indexing Control Option

The EMI indexing option S-44-Pro, is a 110/1/60 VAC, NEMA 1, electrical control system, designed to index a conveyor when a 24VDC or dry contact index signal is sent. This system includes:

A NEMA 1 enclosure.
A control relay with a timing module.
A twist lock plug and receptacle mounted on cord to connect the ProLumina conveyor to control enclosure.
A twist lock plug and receptacle to connect the 24VDC index signal to the control enclosure.
A twist lock plug and receptacle to connect the dry contact index signal to the control enclosure.

To install the S-44-Pro, simply replace the existing
conveyor plug with a twist lock plug (supplied with the unit). Once the plug has been replaced, the conveyor is ready to be plugged directly into the control. This reduces set up times by eliminating the need to hardwire, dirll holes in the box, etc.

Even existing ProLumina conveyors can easily be field retrofitted with the S-44-Pro indexing control should the need arise. In addition to providing a simplified means of adding indexing to a robotic or box filling application, the unit also provides a great deal of flexibility for short runs or when indexing may be needed on different machines at different times.
