Extra
sturdy, steel constructed, Kurv King conveyors are the perfect
choice
for even the most demanding applications.
Exclusive
horizontal to incline transition eliminates pinch points and
assures smooth part transfer. Hundreds of pre-engineered
options allow them to be tailored to meet specific application
needs. Modular
design allows modifications to be made as application needs
change. Adjustable models adjust from 20° to 45°. |
 |
| NOTE:
All conveyors shown are not equipped with the Direct Drive Power
Package, however the Direct Drive Power Package is now standard
on all EMI conveyors (except 24" and 30" wide Kurv-Kings).
Depending on weight or motor location, occasionally there may
be a need for chain driven motors. |
 |
 |
| When infeed
distances exceed Kurv-King’s 7' maximum distance, an RM
conveyor
can be added. |
24" and
30" wide Kurv-King conveyors include EMI’s “pushed” C-Faced
sprocket drive. (Shown without guard for clarity.) |

EMI Steel Frame Belt Conveyors are built in
sections to allow future changes in belt length, if desired.
(see drawing). If
you wish to lengthen or shorten your conveyor, simply remove the
tail section and install the new center section or extension package
and reassemble.
For more information - call EMI with the model
and serial number and the new overall length you wish to achieve.
We
will
provide
the
correct
frame length package which will include: frame section, laced
belt extension or new belt, side rails and connection hardware.
Longer
extensions may require additional leg sets and should be within
the drive package load limits. 800-543-6169
