The adjustable angle KKI is an excellent choice for under or along side the press, for feeding trunk line conveyors, work stations, etc.EMI exclusive horizontal to inclined transition elminates pinch points and assures a smooth part transfer. An adjustment screw, allows changes to the discharge section angle, to be made quickly and easily. Units with 4' to 6' discharge sections adjust from 12° to 45°

Adjustable angle from 20° to 45°.
24" & 30" Belt width KK conveyors include a “pushed” C-Faced sprocket drive.
The Direct Drive Power Package is optional on 24" & 30" wide KK conveyors upon request (no additional charge).

No roller chain or sprockets.

Double V-guided, FDA approved, white PVC belt with 1 1/2" high flexible cleats on 18" centers.
4" high side rails lapped over the conveyor belt with
Lexan infeed flapper.
Bottom slide tray protects cleats.
Leg sets (Adjustable up to 34" infeed belt height -specify infeed and discharge belt heights) and swivel castors included.
15' power cord included. Pre-wired,
ready-to-run (except on polyphase
systems which require customer wiring).
Control wiring contained in liquid-tight
conduit and connectors.
Units ship fully assembled.
