Available in your choice of aluminum or steel, our very popular Merit Line conveyors are sturdy enough to endure even the toughest industrial use. Low maintenence, direct drive drive package and a payload of 150 lbs make these the perfect choice for a wide range of industrial applications (higher load capacities are available). Semi-modular construction allows easy future modifications.

DDF Model - Flat conveyor for use under the press, along side the press,robotic indexing, etc. DDC Model - Incline conveyor moves parts up to work stations, box-filling stations, etc. (optional hopper) DDK Model - Angle adjustment 20° to 45°. Note: for 24" & 30" wide units, the drive package is located on the infeed end, pushing the belt.
Standard Features
  • Direct Drive 1/3 HP 110/60/1 C-Faced Drive package (80 FPM uses 1/2 HP Drive Pak).
  • Standard speeds 20, 40, 80 FPM (specify).
  • No roller chain or sprockets.
  • Sealed gear reducer.
  • ¹/8" anodized aluminum construction.
  • 8 motor locations (See page 8).
  • Double V-guided, FDA approved, white PVC belt.
  • 1½" high cleats on 18" centers (ADC & ADK models).
  • 4" high side rails lapped over conveyor belt.
  • Standard leg sets with swivel castors included (shown).
  • 15' power cord included. Pre-wired ready-to-run
    (except polyphase systems which require some cus tomer wiring).
  • Control wiring contained in liquid-tight conduit and connectors.
  • Units up to 10’ length shipped fully assembled.
DDF& DDC Quick Ship lengths - 3' - 20'
DDK Quick Ship lengths - 5' - 15'
• Minimum infeed length 2 1/2 ft., max. 7 1/2 ft.
• Minimum discharge length 2 1/2 ft.
• Infeed plus discharge lengths can not exceed 15 ft.
