How
does it work?
- Parts
from the first machine are fed onto one side of the belt.
Parts from the 2nd machine are fed onto the other side.
- The 1st diverter
opens to allow parts from the 1st machine to be filled
into container #1. When the container is full, the diverter closes and
the second opens.
- The process
continues until the 1st 4 containers are full. The controller
signals
an operator to refill the system.
- Meanwhile,
parts from the 2nd machine pass by the first 4 diverters to the
5th
diverter, which opens to allow them to be fed into container #5.
- The
process continues until containers 5-8 are full. The controller
signals an
operator to refill the system.

This
system is perfect for filling preforms into large gaylords.

How
does it work?
- Parts
are fed onto the conveyor. The first diverter opens to divert
parts
into Gaylord 1.
- When
the first Gaylord is full, the diverter closes and the second
diverter opens, diverting the parts into
Gaylord 2.
- When
Gaylord 2 is full, the diverter closes, allowing the parts
to continue to the end of the conveyor to Gaylord
3.
- When
Gaylord 3 is filled, the conveyor reverses to fill Gaylord
4.
