Basic - Over/Under Automated Box Filling System
This versatile Over-Under box-filling system is an excellent way to maximize your automation dollar.

How does it work?

• Empty boxes are placed onto the bottom belt conveyor, where they are filled by an under press conveyor.
• Once a box is filled, a signal indexes the belt, which moves the box onto the elevator platform (a small, gravity, tilt, roller conveyor). A photo eye signals when the box is in the correct position.
• At the same time, the next empty box is moved into the fill position.
• A rodless cylinder lifts the platform and the full box to the upper level. The roller platform tilts, which moves the box onto the top gravity, roller storage conveyor.
• The system signals an operator when the top storage conveyor is full.
