This space saving, single station, Weigh Scale Box Filling systems signals visual and audible warnings when the box is 95% full, giving an operator time to prepare a new empty box. It could also be programed to signal when it is 100% full.

A basic, Weigh Scale system such as this can accurately fill parts into large containers, providing hours of unattended box filling.

Automated Tote dispenser systems are configured to meet individual application needs. This system can hold up to 20 wire reinforced, rimmed totes, and uses a cycle count to fill parts into the totes. If greater accuracy is desired, the same system could also be used with a Weigh Scale Hopper.

Over under box filling systems can be custom designed to maximize available floor space. This system allows 4 rows of boxes to be filled before an operator is needed.
