Easy to remove under press conveyor makes mold changes easier.

This automated, Weigh Hopper, box-filling system fills small medical parts into boxes. Molds are changed frequently - each time the under press conveyor must be removed. To make this as easy as possible, the under press conveyor was designed with no legs under the press - all 4 legs are at the discharge end. Weights at the discharge end, counter weight the unsupported infeed end, preventing it from tipping over.
Extra Large Weigh Scale Hopper fills 2 totes.

How does it work?

Two totes are positioned - one at each end of the conveyor. Parts are fed into an extra large (8”x36”) Weigh Scale hopper (2 load cells support the extra weight). The parts drop onto the conveyor which feeds into the first tote. When the correct weight has been filled, the conveyor reverses and begins feeding into the second tote.

Need to fill a lot of bags quickly and accurately?

This system combines a Weigh Scale Hopper, which can weigh to within 0.5 grams, and an Automatic Bag Filling Turntable. The system fills almost continuously, stopping only long enough for the parts to drop into the bags.Systems can be configured to fill a wide range of bag sizes and styles. How does it work?
