Trunkline
conveyors can be combined with incline conveyors, belt
turns, bridge conveyors, multi-level storage
systems, etc., to provide the perfect automation solution
for almost
any application. |

Positioned
under an extrusion blow molding machine, EMI's two level, Blow
Molding, Conveyor-Separator separates bottles and scrap as they
fall from the press. |

Air
pressure blows cut extrusions off this conveyor into a
catch tray on the side.
Adjustable air hoses allow nozzles to be easily moved to accomodate different
length
extrusions. |

This cooling conveyor
uses water sprayers to spray a fine mist of water
onto hot extrusions as they pass underneath. Water drains off
through a wire mesh belt, into a stainless steel pan below. |

This bag filling system
fills 36 bags at a time and can weigh to within 0.5
grams. The system fills
almost continuously, stopping only long enough for the parts
to drop into the bags. |

This robotic Belt
Turn application moves parts placed by a robot onto an elevator
which moves them to a lower position. Parts maintain their original
orientation on the belt throughout the entire application. |

This 5 level
Box-filling system maximizes unattended filling times by allowing
4 rows of boxes to be filled and stored before an
operator is needed. |

A robot places parts onto the upper level cooling conveyor. The
cooled parts are filled into boxes stored on the lower level
conveyor.
