Floor-Level Gaylord Tilters

Floor-Level Gaylord Tilters allow for the safe and easy removal of resin pellets from containers and floor-level loading. The tilter works by using a vacuum to suck the pellets out. As the container is emptied and the weight decreases, the tilter begins to tilt causing all of the pellets to fall to one side or corner where the vacuum can completely empty it. This helps reduce material waste and labor costs since it requires little or no assistance from an operator. Our gaylord tilters can tilt up to 1,200 lbs. and can also be operated manually with either a foot pedal or hand lever. Loading and unloading is easy because the platforms are close to the floor.

Floor-Level Tilter

This is our easiest loading tilter! Containers can be positioned on the floor-level platform by lift truck, pallet jack or hand truck. Large, 44" square platform. A vacuum loader feed tube holder is included. Shipped completely assembled. Tilts up to 1,200 lbs. Requires 40 to 100 psi compressed air. Specify foot pedal or hand lever control.

Square Platform Tilter

Only five-inches off the floor, this strong, but compact tilter allows easy container placement by lift truck and full utilization of the 41" square platform. Clear edges let you center oversize containers on the platform within the load limit of 1,200 lbs. No loader feed tube holder is included. Shipped assembled. Requires 40 to 100 psi compressed air. Specify foot pedal or hand lever control.

Low-Profile Tilter

This rugged tilter lifts up to 1,200 lb. containers placed by lift truck. Platform is only 7" off the floor and the based frame is only 48" x 30". Optional castors (two swivel and two locking, non-swivel) let you easily move the Tilter anywhere it’s needed in the plant. Vacuum loader feed tube holder is included. Shipped assembled.
