EMI's Heavy Duty Drawer magnets provide positive protection for valuable equipment, molds, and dies. High quality magnets stop tramp metal in its tracks.
Each model has two rows of 1" diameter, stainless steel, magnetic cartridges, doubling the stopping power and staggered to assure that all material flows
around them.
EMI Drawer Magnets install easily onto the throat of your machine. A clear plastic drawer face holds the magnets in place - removes quickly for cleaning and
access. Drawer Magnets can be provided with undrilled mounting flange and casting, or we’ll drill and tap them to your specifications.
Extra sturdy castings can support symmetrical loads up to several thousand pounds (If loads are not symmetrical, units must be independently
braced). Standard models are available in 4" x 4", with a total of three cartridges; 6" x 6", with five cartridges; and 8" x
8", with seven cartridges.
All Drawer Magnets are available in either painted or stainless steel.
