The secret of this complete, self-contained, automatic, oil maintenance program is in the patented, one-piece, pressure wound filter element.

  • Hydraulic oil enters the top of the element - surface filtration traps the largest particles.
  • Oil passes through to a low density, upper filtration stage where remaining large particles are trapped. Smaller contaminants pass through these first two stages without clogging them.
  • Small contaminants (down to a submicron level) pass through to the lowest stage where they are captured by a high density, filter element.

Oil Filtration Cart - SE-200-VS

This filter cart has two BU-100 filter housings, and a variable speed DC motor mounted on a two wheel cart. It is configured with a variable speed motor so that oil of different viscosities and temperatures may be processed with the same filter elements and water-eaters.

The SE-200-VS will process from .4 to 3 gallons per minute. The design allows for either parallel or series flow through the two filter housings.

Water contamination of hydraulic oil produces an emulsion of fluids which accelerates corrosion and causes wear of metal in systems. Add an EMI Water Eater to your system and you’ll inexpensively remove contaminating water from system fluids. The Water Eater consists of chemical fibers with excellent water absorbency which can retain about .25 gallons of water from the fluids while maintaining its strength as a filtering medium.
Complete Package includes: 1/4" male NPT fittings from machine, high pressure needle shut-off valve, valve fittings, 60" high pressure hose, 60" low pressure return hose, filter input and return fittings, 3/4" reservoir fittings, universal mounting bracket, filter housing, and 1 filter element.
