Strong, adjustable height mounts are low cost, easy to install
and reduce operating noise and vibration of injection molding
machines.

Wedgemounts keep your plastics manufacturing machinery stationary and level
while reducing vibration

Using
a Vertical Rise Compact (VRC) design, the three cast iron wedges
are held together by the height adjusting screw
and the
sliding surfaces are locked in place by keys. No shimming is
necessary, just a few quick turns of the adjustment bolt adjusts
the triple wedge accurately and firmly. Air Loc® pads,
bonded to the upper and lower surface of the Wedgemount provide
a tight,
friction fit to the machine and floor.
