Double Drawer Magnets Trap metal from dual material flows
This EMI innovation gives you a compact, easily cleaned method of removing tramp ferrous metal from materials flowing from two sources into a common receiver. Ideal for use between a weigh blender’s dump valve and the mixing chamber of a blender. Adds only 6.5 inches to the overall height. Each side of the Dual Drawer Magnet is isolated from the other and includes an individual slide gate. Three, 1" diameter, stainless steel magnet cartridges are mounted on each clear plastic drawer front giving you a double row of protection. Custom Drawer Magnets are customized to the application. Double Slide Gates Expedite material Changes
On some smaller machines, access to a drawer magnet’s standard dump tube for material evacuation is not convenient due to space constrictions. An alternative to a dump tube is the double slide gate. By closing the bottom slide gate, you can quickly remove material from the hopper and the drawer magnet’s housing.
